Boat Parking at 39 Coppin Road:

There is a generous amount of reversing space to facilitate boat parking

Preparations are almost complete for OFF STREET boat parking at 39 Coppin Road, and will be available from mid May 2005.

(The work being done is to level the step from the driveway to the grassed area at the beginning of the bluestone retaining wall.)

The parking space will accommodate a 25 foot long boat & trailer combination.

The boat must be reversed in, but as can be seen by this photo there is plenty of space to reverse a trailer in, to be parked at a 90 degree angle to the driveway, parallel to the road.

This is the area for the boat to be parked. As can be seen in the photo, there is substantial width in the parking area for access and easier parking.
